Since ApplySync operates on a prepaid pass and credit pack model, there are no automatic recurring subscriptions to cancel. You will only be billed when you manually purchase a plan or top-up.
Once your current plan expires, it will not automatically renew unless you choose to purchase another plan manually. You are never locked into a recurring contract.
We stand behind our product, but given the nature of digital goods and AI credit consumption, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and credits have been allocated to your account.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Razorpay. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
